Triton Altair shower plumbed in over the newly fitted P’ shaped bath with curved shower screen.

New wc and basin plumbed in along with a white tower radiator.

Wall tiling 40mm / 30mm with 20 tiles having a design on them and placed in various positions around the bathroom – tiled 2mm apart and white grout line.

Ceramic floor fitted onto hardboard with flexible adhesive – 3mm grey grout line.

Soil pipe – box unit and tiled.

Garage conversion – Part of this inner garage has been converted into a Utility Room. Two new entrances were made from the hallway through to the garage – one door way to the new utility room and the other is a fire escape into the garage.

All constuction and material complied with MK building regulations.

The utility room had plumbing for new sink, washing machine facilities and new tower radiator.

Arris Fence / Gate Clapham Bedfordshire

Arris fence 6ft high comprising of 100mm / 8ft slotted timber posts, 6″ timber gravel boards and 3.0m arris rails cut to fit and shaped to go into the knotched posts.

The 6ft / 100mm wide feather boards are nailed onto the arris rails.

The arris gate is manufactured and built to customers required widths / heights and fixed to the timber posts.

Furniture is added to the gate – hasp & staple, tower bolts, hook & ride galvanised hinges, cabin hook and a ring latch.
