Garage conversion – Part of this inner garage has been converted into a Utility Room. Two new entrances were made from the hallway through to the garage – one door way to the new utility room and the other is a fire escape into the garage.

All constuction and material complied with MK building regulations.

The utility room had plumbing for new sink, washing machine facilities and new tower radiator.

Wall tiling 10sqm – tiles 100mm / 100mm and grouted in 1mm apart.

Half Round Fence Cambridgeshire

Half round pole fence 4.5ft high constructed each side of a stream and the bridge which was re-built by PAB & SON and further details are on the web site.

The half pole rails are 3.6m long in this case all the timber has been stained to match the fabulous surroundings.
