New loft hatch made from marine ply 1″ thick (the old hatch was plastic poorly fitted and allowed the heat from the house to escape)

Hatch is held up by 3 hinges and a ring latch + 2 times magnets, a draft excluder tape has been used around the inner edge of the loft to stop heat leaving the upper part of the landing.

The out edge has been finished with architrive and all painted white for decorative finish.

Ladder deluxe 3 section aluminium has been fitted to allow the customer safer access into the loft.

Fully refurbished 3 piece suite bathroom in Putnoe Beds.

Triton shower plumbed in with pump post the cylinder, 5 door shower screen.

Wall tiling 40cm / 25cm with decorative tiles with tile inserts placed around the bathroom – boarder 100mm / 25cms.

Flooring – laminate AC5 quick step (recommender for bathrooms).

Ceiling, door and untiled wall areas all painted and decorated.

Oak panel fence

Designed and advised erection of 7 – 6ft Oak Fence Panels, 8 x 8 ft – 100ml posts. Old fence removed also some branches and shrubs to make access and clearance form the erection of new fence. Posts held in the ground with ballast and cement. Job taken 2 days to completion.
