New loft hatch made from marine ply 1″ thick (the old hatch was plastic poorly fitted and allowed the heat from the house to escape)
Hatch is held up by 3 hinges and a ring latch + 2 times magnets, a draft excluder tape has been used around the inner edge of the loft to stop heat leaving the upper part of the landing.
The out edge has been finished with architrive and all painted white for decorative finish.
Ladder deluxe 3 section aluminium has been fitted to allow the customer safer access into the loft.
