Kitchen in Brickhill – Bedfordshire

Kitchen supplied by Magnet and fitted by PAB & SON.

Kitchen brand is Urban Cream and the transformation had taken 2 weeks. The kitchen was gutted first, all new wiring and plumbing put into place second, plastering off all walls and ceiling third, painting and decoration done fourth then a ceramic floor fitted before commencing the fitting of the kitchen . After fitting – new architrive, wall tiling ,skirting and sealent was added.

Kitchen Bedford Putnoe Area

New kitchen fitted by PAB & SON, kitchen supplied by Magnet, tiles supplied by Marabese.

All new electrics; 5 double sockets above work surfaces plus extra sockets for appliances and new centre light. Wall tiles with decor tiles all 10cm / 10cm and grouted in white,  floor ceramic tiles 330mm / 330mm grouted in with grey grout.

All new plumbing for the sink and washing machine

All untiled walls painted white matt plus new coving put up.

Bathroom Houghton Conquest: New 3 piece suite installed and all bathroom accessories fitted.

Wall tiling – tiles 25cm / 20cm with 1mm ivory grout line. Boarder 10cm / 40cm tiled in to add effect to the room.

Ceramic floor tiles – non slip 31cm / 31cm with 2mm ivory grout line.

Box unit built and tiled behind the toilet also white box unit built below the basin to hide pipe work and isolation valves.

Electric Mira shower installed 10kw, and new extractor / timer fan.

Bathroom Mowsbury Bedfordshire

P.bathp bathp bath

Triton Altair shower plumbed in over the newly fitted P’ shaped bath with curved shower screen.

New wc and basin plumbed in along with a white tower radiator.

Wall tiling 40mm / 30mm with 20 tiles having a design on them and placed in various positions around the bathroom – tiled 2mm apart and white grout line.

Ceramic floor fitted onto hardboard with flexible adhesive – 3mm grey grout line.

Soil pipe – box unit and tiled.

Fully refurbished ensuite in Maulden Beds. Originally doubled tiled which to remove the tiles meant removing the  plasterboard.

Ceramic floor fitted (after plumbing completed and tested) tiles 30cm / 30cm fitted on to 6mm mdf and fixed with flexible adhesive finished with ivory grout.

Wall tiles 40cm / 30cm – tiled floor to ceiling finshed with ivory grout.

Tower chrome radiator plumbed in. New basin and wc plumbed in once all tiling completed.

Quadrant Chrome shower 900mm enclosure fitted with a Triton Dew thermostatic mixer shower being fed from a combi boiler.
