Two detached properties in Olney fitted with White Square Line Guttering, over clad fascia boards, Hollow Soffit boards and 70mm round vents to allow air circulation within the lofts. All timbers painted with black paint.

8ft concrete intermediate posts all cemented in with ballast & cement.

6ft / 1ft concrete gravel boards.

Arris fence 4 ft high comprising of 6ft concrete intermediate posts, 4ft / 100mm wide feather boards nailed onto 3.0m arris rails, concrete gravel boards 6ft / 6″ / 50mm wide.

The arris rails have shaped ends that are slotted into the concrete intermediates.

150mm flat cleats are used to bolt the gravel boards onto the concrete intermediates.

Thickboard fence 6ft / 6ft – Concrete intermediate 8ft posts and concrete recessed gravel boards 6″ / 6ft / 50mm thick. Posts concreted in with ballast and cement.
