New windows (11) and door fitted to a property over hundred years old, old sash windows and boxes removed.

Inside all window areas restored back to their original victorian effect using ogee architrive and upv architrive with 5″ window sills added and painted.

One bay window and seven other windows fitted to this victorian property, New back door fitted with two glazed windows and feature panel.

Bay window consists of two front openers, locking handels and featuring a centre bar affect.

Front bedroom windows – one has a top opener and the other has a bottom opener (fire escape).

All windows inside around the outer edging restored back to their orginal victorian effect using different types of archtrive.

Kitchen window houses two side openers and the remaining windows all have top openers all with locking handels.

Garage conversion – Part of this inner garage has been converted into a Utility Room. Two new entrances were made from the hallway through to the garage – one door way to the new utility room and the other is a fire escape into the garage.

All constuction and material complied with MK building regulations.

The utility room had plumbing for new sink, washing machine facilities and new tower radiator.
