Bathroom in Putnoe Bedfordshire

Customers bathroom fully ripped out including 110mm soil outside the property.

New black flowplas soil pipe and fittings fitted outside the property, all new 32mm and 40mm waste and new plumbing.

Bathroom fully plastered and painted before fitting the suite.

New bathroom 3 piece suite fitted, wall tiling 25mm / 30mm tiles finished with white grout into 1mm space. New airing cupboard built out of cls, par and plasterboard - plastered and painted. finished with stained louvre doors. Skirting oak and stained for effect.

New electric shower plumbed in and fitted. New shower screen two pane glass slider.New chrome towel rail radiator 600mm / 1100mm plumbed in and fitted with trv and lockshield.

10 year guarantee white sealent used to finish off around the bath, basin and window.

Kitchen In North Brickhill Bedfordshire.

New Kitchen Fitted in North Brickhill Bedford. Project supervised by PAB and Son Property Services.

The Kitchen was completely ripped out – all new electrics, wiring, breakers, lighting etc fitted – the room was then fully plastered, all new plumbing and full decoration done before fitting the Kitchen (supplied by Magnet Bedford).

Ceramic floor layed over a underfloor electric heating matrice for warmth in the winter months and wall tiling to finish off above and work surfaces below the wall units.

Kitchen in Brickhill – Bedfordshire

Kitchen supplied by Magnet and fitted by PAB & SON.

Kitchen brand is Urban Cream and the transformation had taken 2 weeks. The kitchen was gutted first, all new wiring and plumbing put into place second, plastering off all walls and ceiling third, painting and decoration done fourth then a ceramic floor fitted before commencing the fitting of the kitchen . After fitting – new architrive, wall tiling ,skirting and sealent was added.

Room built from new – new window, plaster boarding, plumbing, soil waste, tiling and installation of new suite.

Tiles 600mm / 300mm, shower triton drencher with shower spray application, flooring AC5 laminate and box units to hide all soil / pipe work.

Bathroom Clapham Bedfordshire

This bathroom under went alteration due to a new bathroom being installed above in a new 2nd elevation to the property, the soil pipe system had been altered to receive the new waste from above and box units made to hide all the pipe work alterations.

All tiles supplied by Marabese 45cms / 33cms and grouted in a 1mm gap with beige grout.

AC5 laminate flooring fitted suitable for bathroom use

Kitchen Bedford Putnoe Area

New kitchen fitted by PAB & SON, kitchen supplied by Magnet, tiles supplied by Marabese.

All new electrics; 5 double sockets above work surfaces plus extra sockets for appliances and new centre light. Wall tiles with decor tiles all 10cm / 10cm and grouted in white, floor ceramic tiles 330mm / 330mm grouted in with grey grout.

All new plumbing for the sink and washing machine

All untiled walls painted white matt plus new coving put up.

Fully tiled ex bathroom converted to a shower room.

Wall tiles 20cm / 25cm, with decor and boarder tiles finished with white grout - Floor tiles slate 33cm / 33cm finished with grey flexi grout, all tiles, shower unit and the basin supplied byplumbing,radiators, Marabese Bedford.

Floor partly removed to remove all old plumbing and to allow new plumbing for hot & cold water supplies + central heating for radiators.

Triton Shower Swirl thermostatic mixer.
