Floor tiling – slates 30cm / 30cm applied to 10mm hardboard surface with flexible adhesive finshed with 5mm flexible grey grout.
All hot, cold water – central heating and waste returns delivered below the floor and concealed by a wall lower down.
Twin convector radiator 30cm / 100cm.
